We ship all Pik'le'Ball bags & accessories in the United States for free, aiming to land them on your court within 3-5 business days, but fear not, we've got expedited options for those who can't wait to unwrap their pickleball treasures. Most orders are shipped out within 1 business day.

The sales price reflects the cost of the item as well as the 'free' shipping. 

 

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the location and quantity of items ordered.

Changed your mind about your bag or accessories? No worries. If it's not a manufacturers defect and more of a "I don't like it" or "buyer's remorse" situation, feel free to send it back. Just know, we'll subtract the original shipping cost (because, let's face it, there's no such thing as truly free shipping) from your refund - you are responsible for the shipping cost back to us in New Jersey.

Quality Assurance

Our bags have undergone rigorous testing to guarantee their durability, and we proudly vouch for their quality. In the rare event that the bag arrives with a manufacturing defect or sustains damage during shipping, we'll promptly replace it at zero cost to you. Our confidence in the product extends to a one-year warranty, covering any defects that may emerge during regular use. Should you encounter any issues, please reach out to us, and we'll ensure it's set right. And here's a little extra assurance – we'll cover the return shipping expenses as well. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy for products that arrive with a manufacturing defect, or are damaged during shipment, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, reach out to us at info@pikleballsports.com. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label, along with clear instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior return requests will not be accepted. Additionally, you'll have the option to receive a replacement at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Damages And Issues

Upon receiving your order, kindly examine the items. Should you discover any defects, damages, or if by chance you've received the incorrect item, please get in touch with us right away. This will allow us to assess the issue promptly and make it right.

Exchanges

If, upon receiving the bag, you decide on a return or exchange, no need to fret – we've got you covered. Just ensure the bag is unused with original tags, then ship it back to us. We'll gladly refund your money, deducting the original shipping cost, or send you a replacement bag of your choice. Since this is not a manufacturers defect, we ask that you pay for return shipping and any additional cost to get you a different bag.

If you want an even faster way to ensure you get what you want, initiate a return for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item so we ship it out right away.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, so we ask that you give us 2 business days for the charge to appear.

For refunds unrelated to manufacturing defects or shipping damage, the original shipping cost, if any, will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Alternatively, we can provide a prepaid return label, deducting the cost from your return refund for your convenience.
